Join us in our Academy Community Forum, a private space where all of our registered students can access and join with our other students and course instructors to discuss anything related to our industry, from course queries to everyday general questions or discussions about best practices, tips or advice.

FAQ

  • How long do I have access to the courses?

    If you choose the Subscription Option, you have access to all courses, webinars and the Community Forum as long as you have an active subscription. If you choose to buy a stand alone course, you have 100 days to complete it from the date of purchase.

  • How can I change my account email address?

    Login to the site, Click on your name in the top right header, Click My Account, Input desired email under Email, Click Save Changes

  • Will I get a receipt once I buy the course or at the end?

    Once you pay for a course, a receipt will be emailed immediately to the email address you used to set up your account.

  • Will I get a CPD Certificate once I have completed the course?

    Once you have completed a course you will be awarded a Course Completion Certificate. The Certificate will be available to download from your Student Dashboard area. In your Student Dashboard, you will see all of the courses you are enrolled in, simply click on the Course you wish to download your Certificate from, a new screen will open and you will see the certificate in the left column area.

  • Who do I contact if I need help?

    Please email The O' Reilly Centre oreillyphysio@gmail.com for assistance and we will get back to you as quickly as possible or within 48 hours. Please put Courses question in the subject bar.

  • How do I request a refund?

    These self-directed courses are non-refundable so please read the course description carefully before you sign up.

  • Who are these course open to?

    Unless otherwise specified, these courses are open to Licensed Physiotherapists and State Licensed Physical Therapists only.

  • Which browser should I use to access the course?

    The Course platform is compatible with all major Desktop Browsers and also Android and iOS browsers on Tablets and Smart Phones

  • How do I take the course? 

    Simply choose a course you would like to take and click on the 'Buy' button. This will bring you to the 'Create an account' area or if you are an existing users and already logged in you will get onscreen directions to complete the purchase and enrol in the course.
